Following the discovery of dangerous levels of lead and other toxic chemicals in toys imported
from China, Congress passed the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSI). The
new law requires manufacturers to certify each toy offered for sale as being within the
permissable limits of 600 parts per million of lead, 0.1% of certain phthalates (a chemical
used in plastics), and in compliance with the new, mandatory standards for choking hazards
and other risks. Complete details of the requirements can be found on the Consumer Product
Safety Comission website:http://www.cpsc.gov. I am proud to certify that all the toys made in
my Wolfeboro, NH shop meet or exceed these legal requirements.

Local pick-up saves on shipping
What with shipping costs being so high, my costs to send your toys to you is sometimes almost as much as the
cost of the toy itself. Some people in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire have asked to pick up their purchases
here in Wolfeboro in order to save shipping. I'm happy to arrange for this, please email me.
